Author Biography:

From Alaska to Puerto Rico, Ricardo L GarcĂ­a tells stories in prisons, convents, retirement homes, hospitals, museums, banks, federal bureaus, rifle ranges, super markets, national monuments, Chautauqua tents, libraries, colleges, preschools, elementary, and secondary schools, that is, anywhere anybody will listen. He is a professor emeritus at the University of Nebraska, author of the textbook, Teaching for Diversity (2011), and four books of fiction: Coal Camp Days (2001), Brother Bill's Bait Bites Back (2004), Coal Camp Justice (2005), and Montana's Top Bananas (2007).
