Rachel Henderson is the author of four craft books and has worked as a designer for 8 years, producing hand-stitched commissions for various clients and holding talks and demonstrations at exhibitions throughout the UK, including Sewing for Pleasure, Creative Stitches and Home&Interiors. Rachel currently runs her own business specialising in handmade gifts (www.rachelhendersoncrafts.co.uk) and teaches textile design at a local college. Her colourful creations have featured regularly in the media, most notably on ITV's The Hour.
