Allen Cadwallader is Professor Emeritus of Music Theory at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. David Gagne is Professor Emeritus of Music Theory at Queens College, City University of New York. Frank Samarotto is Associate Professor of Music Theory at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
