Offering a broad introduction to prevention in psychology, this book provides readers with the tools, resources, and knowledge to develop and implement evidence-based prevention programs. Each chapter features key points, a list of helpful resources for creating successful intervention programs, and culturally informed case examples from across the lifespan, including childhood, school, college, family, adult, and community settings. An important resource for students, researchers, and practitioners in counseling, clinical, health, and educational psychology, social justice and diversity, social work, and public health.
