Description

Author Biography:

LORETTA FRANKLIN is an Organisational Consultant and Psychotherapist who currently provides a range of professional development programmes for Mangers, Chief Executives, and Senior Civil Servants. She combines a business background with considerable experience in the counselling and training field. She is a Fellow of IPD, a Member of the Group-Analytic Society, and Guest Lecturer at the Civil Service College.
