So far my favourite AHS is Season 4 (Freak Show) and had difficulty getting into this season, but after persistence enjoyed the various storylines as it unfolded. In the end I could not wait until I sat down to watch it. A bit too much gore in this season though, again, thoroughly enjoyed it once I got into the storylines.
Acting was excellent, even Lady Gaga but the story was a bit pedestrian. It starts well but seems to wander in the middle of the season and then picks the pace up for the end. Still enjoyable but could have been so much better.
