Kiran Kumar Poloju is a qualified and resourceful academician with experience in the field of civil engineering and several research publications, approved funding projects, and possess knowledge on flipped methods of teaching. He obtained the chartered engineer certification and memberships from different professional bodies such as Institute of Engineers, India, Institution of Civil Engineers, UK, Indian Green Building Council, India, etc. His research interest includes Civil engineering materials, Material characterization of Geopolymer concrete, Recycling Landfills Industry waste disposals, Concrete Technology, Teaching and learning pedagogies, Sustainable and green technology, and Artificial Neural Network applications.​
