One of rock's best-selling and most critically acclaimed groups, R.E.M., are back with 'Accelerate', their first studio album since 2004's 'Around the Sun'.
The quintessential R.E.M. track "Supernatural Superserious" is the first track to be played on the radio from 'Accelerate', the beloved rock band's 14th studio album. 'Accelerate' was recorded in Vancouver, Canada, Dublin, Ireland and Athens, Georgia in spring 2007 with Grammy Award-winning producer Jacknife Lee, who is noted for his work with U2 ('How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb'), as well as Snow Patrol, Bloc Party and Kasabian.
