Carolyn Chandler is a user experience strategist and has been leading experience design teams for over 25 years. She has developed and taught UX design classes at DePaul University, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a variety of other programs tailored to those who want to create impactful digital products. She is also coauthor of Adventures in Experience Design (Voices That Matter).
