Beitz works as a change agent with hundreds of people in school districts, nonprofits, state departments, court mediation programs, businesses, and communities. She lives in Chicago. John L. Mann is the coordinator of a principal preparation program focusing on Appreciative Inquiry and organizing. He lives in Pasco County, Florida.
