Description

" A Boss is as she Thinkeths #NikiFellowz101, " focuses on project start-up, business management, workplace effectiveness, and how to maximize business growth and potential using biblical scripture. In a nutshell, this book teaches women how to start businesses from faith seeds, teaching to plan, practice, and demonstrate trustworthiness before being approved for the first loan. After loan approval, the author goes on to share what to expect during construction, the hiring process, the benefits of staying true to your vision, and how to promote, budget, and plan for success using references to women in powerful positions. According to the scripture, Niki teaches business owners, supervisors, and shift leaders how to keep a beneficial spirit in the workplace, to kick out habits that waste time and money, to eliminate people who are not beneficial to your plan, and how to do it in confidence. As of 2006 women accounted for 40.2% of American business owners. 2 Out of 5 businesses were owned by women, making women the minority. This book empowers the modern female boss by encouraging her to use her spiritual gifts, while taking a practical approach to C.E.O status. This book is a great for established business owners, as well as those interested in operating their own, as it pertains to The Bible.
