Although it is structured for a forty-five-day cycle, take the time you need to dive deeply into each page. Some topics, such as forgiveness or releasing your past, may take days to complete. That is ok. Success and progress are not measured by the time it takes to complete the book, but how different you are at the end. Each day you will be greeted with one of our custom daily inspirations featured on our Create Happiness Today (CHT) social media platforms. The day's entry will include a well-known quote along with a story or article related to the message. At the end of each write-up, you will be prompted with a "Reflection of the Day" and "Daily Affirmation". These are designed to inspire both mindful introspection and practical action regarding the topic at hand. Lastly, there are note-taking sections for you to track your thoughts and progress. These will be extremely valuable as you navigate the pages because they allow you to look back on your growth. Once you complete the forty-five days of reflections and journaling exercises, you should feel more empowered and see yourself in a new light. About the Authors Denise Atkins is a certified Life Happiness Coach and holds a separate certification in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, (CBT). Terry Atkins is a certified Meditation and Wellness Coach who also holds a CBT Certificate. Both completed a Life Coaching Masterclass with a focus on client engagement and support. Denise and Terry are high-school friends, now husband and wife, dedicated to helping others live well, love deeply, and laugh often.
