Author Biography:

Kate is a teacher. She has a bachelor's degree BA(Hons) and a PGCE in Education. She been teaching for twenty years. After gaining a diploma in hypnotherapy and counselling, she has used these psychological approaches in her books. She now enjoys the flexibility of writing and teaching. She is passionate about creativity and behaviour change work. This special book designed together with her sister Liz who illustrated the book. Liz has a Psychology and Physiology degree BSc(Hons) and works as an illustrator and digital designer. Their other books include Pongy Stinkbelly finds a friend available on Amazon. It has been a hit with children, parents and grandparents all over the world!
