Indian Special Advance Action Force (INSAAF) is a secret and lethal organization that is formed to deal with security threats inside and outside the country. The best of the best officers and personnel from Indian Army, Navy, Air force, and other security forces are hand-picked and trained for INSAAF to eliminate any threat for India, inside or outside Indian soil. Major Samrat Singh aka SAM, one of the best officer of INSAAF court-martialed due to some disciplinary issue. Without any reason to live, he shifted to Mumbai and became an alcoholic but his life took a turn when he saved two kids from the professional assassins who were trying to kill them. These kids, an 11 yr old girl, and a 9 yr old boy, are the children of his senior Major Vikram Mehta of INSAAF, who is currently missing and with whom he served on few missions and respects him like his elder brother. Number one criminal syndicate of the world whose leader is Warlord Jacob and Mumbai police is trying to kill these two kids. Sam also becomes their target as he saved these kids and will do anything to save them. To save millions of people from dying, and to save themselves too, Sam asked for the help from the Commanding Officer (CO) of INSAAF Colonel Ajay Bali, as he is the only one Sam can trust blindly and have full faith. Col. Ajay Bali instructed Major Sam to come to a pick-up point at the outskirts of Mumbai. Now it's the mission of Major Sam to keep kids and himself safe from getting killed by professional killers send by warlord Jacob and Mumbai police who have orders to shoot at sight. They must reach from one end of Mumbai to another end and cross the border of Mumbai and reach at pick-up point and deliver the drive which contains the information which will shake India. With world's deadliest professional killers hunting them and Mumbai police which has blocked all the exits and roads of Mumbai and searching for them like insane. Major Sam must use all his skills and training so that he can keep his promise of reaching at the pick-up point in time along with the kids and an infamous woman who is helping them.
