28S-FKH-A01 is a ‘28S’ 4Ground model kit, ‘28S’ means this kit is highly detailed inside and outside with many pre-painted parts.
The Dreozende (Dwarven Folk) mark their roads with Milgateaz (mile stones) to show how far it is to the next major stop on the road, normally the nearest Pub or Brewery that can convince the masons guild that they really need one (normally in payment of barrels of beer).
