I had a Deepcool air unit on my FX8350 (8-core) as the stock cooler was incredibly loud but it just wasn't keeping it cool enough, peaking at 80 degrees under heavy load so I bought the H55. A bit fiddly to install but not difficult and it certainly does it's job. It's quiet and has reduced my average temps by around 20 degrees. Well worth the money.

With this cooler I managed to Overclock an i5 750 from 2.6Ghz to 4Ghz!!!!!! :D And with only a Max temp of 68°c under torture tests using OCCT – This cooler is the business!
If I was to say one thing, the Fan could do with an upgrade, its a tiny bit on the noisy side, but still quieter than the stock cooler. I would suggest a Silent Typhoon for the fan upgrade.
Looks awesome in my case and my CPU temps are low at 20c. Good value for a great product.
Thing runs like a dream! Installed onto an EVGA GTX 1070 SC Black edition using a NZXT Kraken G12. Idle went from 41 degrees (fans off) to 30 degrees. 100% load temps went down from 66 degrees to 40–49 degrees! Small form factor so easy to find a mounting spot for it!
I would recommend this cooler as a starter to your build as it more then capable to cool your CPU and doesn't take much room at all
This product is awesome, easy to install, functions brilliantly, nice compact design looks great in my rig, bring on the summer sessions
