We were so looking forward to our pup having a new , soft bed but so disappointed that the hood of the bed does not stand up on its own as per advertised image. Not great and we will be returning it.

Got this a few days in advance of our new kitten. Package said that it needed to be left for up to 72 hours for it to uncompress. Despite everything we've tried we can't get the hood to stay up; it is still as flat as a pancake.

Wow! I wish I was my cat! So happy with this bed. Well made & feels so cosy. The hood makes it ‘Cave like’ , it just needs a little help to open up, which would be expected. Thank you so much Mighty Ape!

Just like a previous reviewer Hayley, we were super excited to receive this product but the hood is flat as a pancake. It is NOT self-supporting like the (misleading) image shows. Really disappointing, Mighty Ape!
