Description

2 games in 1 pack! A Link to the Past and Four Swords. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, which debuted on the Super NES nearly a decade ago, is back and better than ever on the GameBoy Advance. A Link to the Past is the first Zelda game to hit the GameBoy Advance system, and it has made quite an impact With two worlds to conquer, Light and Dark, and 11 dungeons to explore, A Link to the Past will definitely satisfy all your Zelda needs. Gameplay The classic gameplay of the original Link to the Past for SNES has been transferred to the GBA with relative ease. As with every game, the A and B buttons will be your standard item usage weapons. Unlike past GameBoy Zelda games, the B button will be standard for your sword, which will let you configure the A button to access the many items at your disposal. The classic SNES interface is back, with the select and start menus. The magic meter is also back, missed from the Oracle series, the magic meter will prove a worthy asset on your quest with magic using items. One of the more noticing features that is back is the unique sound of Link's swordsmanship, similar to that of Ocarina of Time. During the start of your quest, you will need to find 3 pendants, and later 7 crystals to stop the evil Agahnim. Your progress will be kept in the Select menu, with all of your collected items. A new feature added to the GameBoy Advance version is the mini-game called the "Four Swords", using the GameBoy Advance Link Cable to hook up with 3 other players. In the Four Swords, you must compete and work together to complete dungeons and collect rupees, offering a whole new twist to Zelda gameplay.
