I thought this book would be about his sporting achievements, but it's more about the man and his journey. He is very honest about the good and bad things that have happened to him. Throughout his life he has fought for the inclusion of the Maori and Pacifica people, I believe this book could be inspirational for these young men in particular.

I don't often read but have followed Sonny's career quite closely so thought it might be cool to get his version of his journal instead of the medias. I quite enjoyed it and have a very different picture of the man the media has painted.

Fantastic book, honest and thought provoking. Shows the personal growth and character of the man.
