Xbox One X 1TB Forza Horizon 4 Console Bundle reviews

Xbox all in all is great. Its a shame that fortnite was capped at 60 FPS but the one x still provides a pretty picture and smooth game play. It has the potential to hit 120 frames which I would like to see in more games but the one x handles itself nicely in every game I've tried so far. The price changed after I bought it, so they refunded my $50 which I thought was really good. And they added fifa 19 to my package even though it wasn't part of my bundle when I bought it! And, the shipping was only 2 days for a bulky item. You've really done it this time mighty ape thank you so much.

Received mine a few days ago and WOW! with a 4k hdr tv this is amazing the console runs silent and it's performance isn't matched

As someone who has been gaming on a high end PC for a number of years, I can safely say that I am most impressed with this unit, considering the price for the performance you get, it is definitely with the money! I spent around $5000 on a gaming PC, and am getting almost the same level of eyegasm's with this! Definitely a worthy buy if you have a 4k display!! :)

Good bundle for Xbox console and games. Great service from mighty ape as this was a preorder and they honoured price drop and bonus game. Arrived on time for new release.

I replaced my original Xbox One with this one and it's a huge improvement. From faster startup to faster loading times in games and more responsive UI. The console itself is very small compared to the original one (not so much compared to an S though) without the power brick and runs as silent. One thing that annoyed me about the original one was that when it was turned off (on fast start mode or however is called) the fan on the power brick was still working while on the X when it's off, no fans are working which is great. I kept the Kinect and got an adapter (not the original, but a copy) and can confirm that with it, Kinect works as it worked in the original Xbox One. And the games look stunning, the ones enhanced for the X do look impressive. Forza Horizon 4 is a beauty on 4K (tried it on 60fps and full HD, but not my cup of tea) and HDR implementation is beautiful as well (of course, if you have a 4K HDR TV with wide colour gamut). Another one I’m playing is Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 (I’m a football fan) and it’s amazing the detail showed on screen. It's impressive the extra detail you get when the games are enhanced to 4K, but even for not enhanced games (I've been playing Forza Horizon 2 and the first Tomb Raider from the rebooted series) and they run and look better (but of course, not as much as enhanced ones). I'm extremely happy with the change!

Works great with my new 4K TV, and really enjoy the console, especially with the ability to stream to my PC so I can still play my games even when someone else is watching TV.

Mighty ape failed to send any of the included content with the console. Took five days to get any answer from customer support. Then only received some of the content because the deal i had bought had expired, even though it was valid at time of purchase. Had to prove the deal to them with a cached page before they would give me the rest.

So easy and simple. Impeccable service

This is my favourite console. I like my PS4 and it's exclusives (God of War, Uncharted, Bloodborne etc..)

But the fact I can use Xbox Game Pass makes a huge difference. Sony continues to prevent PSN being available in NZ. Stop making excuses Sony. Greed is the only thing stopping you.

Since getting the Xbox One X I've barely touched the PS4.

The Xbox store is super easy to use and the games just look amazing.

Assassins Creed Odyssey looks amazing in 4k

And backwards compatibility means many of my old X360 games are playable too

One minor complaint, no charging cable for the controller. Would it really have been that hard Microsoft-
