It's a good size for the space I had to fit it into. Definitely better for posture and I don't get a dead leg any more. I'm male, about 172cm and 75kg and I just kind of fit in the chair. Width wise I have maybe an inch on either side, length wise if I slouch my head reaches the top of the chair. BUT, it's a solid chair so there's a lot of timber framing and at the top of the head rest and along the sides there isn't a lot of cushioning so it's basically like resting your head on a piece of wood if you try to lean back on it. Probably better for a smaller human. I think the more expensive versions of these chairs will be better. I still enjoy it though, better than any bean bag I've ever used.
