"Kickass"

I have played both the Beta and new single player Demo and both are looking awesum. Im more of a single player mission oriented type gamer so was excited to see what this type of game would offer -I have been blown away with what ive seen so far, theres plenty to do and the enemy dont just roll over like in sum other RTS games, single player will providehours of entertainment. I can't wait for release next month. Graphics are unreal and my pc isn't very flash- and online is gd times especially when you get to drop your first nuke. double thumbs up for me.

"One Word: Excellent"

If you have ever played an old classic called Ground Control, this is the game for you. In playing the beta, this caused massive pangs of nostalgia for me – with the off-map unit deployment, to the semi-realistic ranges on your units (It's a rare treat to have a tank blast a hole in somebody's armour from half a map away). This is clearly that game's spiritual successor.

This isn't an RTS, it's an RTT (real time tactical). This means there is no base building at all, and it's all about your combat skill and ability to work in a team – lone-wolf players will get obliterated. From what I have seen of the mutiplayer, the game is impossible without teamwork, and the objective is to hold as much of the map as you can, or to push an assault into heavily-defended lines. Of course, racking up enemy kills will increase your personal ladder rank, and grant you precious Tactical Aid points – with these you can call in devastating airstrikes like anti-tank strafing runs, fuel/air explosives and tactical nuclear weapons. You can even gift your points to other players in the team so you can pool to get that nuke that will save you the game – or to utterly humiliate the enemy by raining three simultaneously on their spawn points.

Graphically, the game is every bit as next-gen as it is touted to be…so there is really little point in reviewing this… the screenshots give it all away: it even looks brilliant in DirectX9 mode. The game is also highly scalable, playing on mid-range computers well, and these impressions are all from the extremely stable, well-polished beta. Clearly one of the best games of 2007 coming up.

"Amazing"
5 stars"

I've been playing the beta, I don't have a decent graphics card yet but lowest graphics on my 6200 look great, and medium are even better. Can't wait until I get a new graphics card, high graphics with DX10 will look incredible. If you thought Company of Heroes was good (which it is) this is a step up. The graphics are flawless, the gameplay is just as good, with 8v8 online games with no lag and plenty of servers available. I've experienced no bugs, graphical or otherwise, whatsoever and it's just a beta. It's built to run on even relatively slow machines despite it's amazing graphics. It's great fun napalm-striking a group of infantry or nuking a large area and leaving it radioactive with a huge mushroom cloud hanging over it for a while. You can zoom in and out, look up, down, any angle, any view, it's FPS controls for an RTS. I'm definitely getting this, and if you play the beta you will want to as well.

This game is awesome… canot wait for full release in september.

If you read this before July 31, 2007 download the open BETA and play online just to see how good this game really is. DX10 looks so good and it sounds great also. I have pre-orderd the game so I can get my access key to save my stats/user name.

"Stunning"

This game is stunning, even on medium/high graphics settings the game play and visuals really make you fell as if your in the battle your self.
