LaVerne McQuiller Williams, J.D., M.S., is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She teaches courses in Women & Crime, Minorities & Criminal Justice, Criminal Law, Evidence, Honors Research and Field Seminar. She is currently conducting federally funded research on violence against college women. Prior to joining the RIT faculty in 1996, Professor McQuiller Williams was an Assistant District Attorney in Rensselear County where she specialized in sexual assault and domestic violence cases.
