Kevin sees that everyone has an ability to create happiness, and he learns a secret that makes him happy, too. His new perspective and joy inspire him to share his own abilities and talents with others. Vibrant watercolors illustrate acts of kindness and happy hearts. Wings for Kevin is a flight of fancy with real-life inspiration for all ages, with or without disabilities.

Author Biography:

Marilee Donivan is an author, artist and speaker. Since retiring from classroom teaching, she writes and illustrates picture books for children, and inspirational non-fiction for adults. Marilee has a heart for people with disabilities. Dealing with her own muscular dystrophy, she understands the emotional and physical impact of grieving losses, making adjustments, and finding meaning in a world where others are more physically able. Her positive and proactive outlook on life infuses all her writings. Faith, family, and friends are at the top of her List of Favorite Things. Chocolate comes next. Bungee jumping isn't on the list, anywhere.
