Description

Herman the German gives huge discounts to prospective buyers of his condos, but there's a catch. To buy from him they must meet his bizarre standards and having the purchase price in hand is not enough to satisfy the eccentric German. The offers are almost impossible to refuse as Herman looks for the perfect candidates for his upscale Bahthaus condominiums. But Herman's condo project is in Pattaya, Thailand, the most hedonistic city on earth The residents carouse their way from one bar to the next as the Bahthaus becomes the Fun House where hardly anyone acts responsibly. "The Fun House" has a hopelessly inept Thai manager who can't get anything done unless he can get a commission from overcharging the Fun House condo owners. It's Only when one of the residents falls off his balcony and the police conveniently rule it an accident that the immature residents must decide between giving up their childish ways and taking the law into their own hands.

Author Biography:

Jack Corbett's first novel, "Death on the Wild Side" focused on the strip clubs in the Saint Louis Metro East. He created his Alpha Productions web site in 1996 to sell books. To create new content, he bought a Digital camera while professional photographers scoffed and told him a digital camera was just a toy. An East St. Louis strip club recognizing the potential of digital photography, supplied Jack with a phone line, his own table next to the stage and discounted beers so that he and his dancer accomplices could broadcast on the internet from the club. Jack increased his circle of strip club owner friends and started shooting Feature Entertainer Showcases for the Pure Talent Agency across the United States oftentimes taking up to 1000 pictures a night. He wrote articles for adult magazines, notably "Xtreme Magazine", averaging two published articles a month on nearly all aspects of the adult entertainment industry, including feature entertainer and club owner interviews, and key adult industry events. He was best known for his Xtreme Weapons articles where he could pick whatever weapon and model he wanted to review. By this time topless clubs were hiring Jack as a photographer for their special events, eg. Club Maximus, a small chain of night clubs hosting its Miss Texas series of pageants. Jack became the photographer and web site designer for S.P.E.W. (Sexy Professional Exotic Wrestling) after meeting Big Daddy, the owner of a topless club in Missouri which featured nude hot oil wrestling. S.P.E.W. became a raging success when Big Daddy and Big Mike, GM of the Des Moines, Iowa, Lumber Yard ran a year long series of matches pitting the Iowa strippers against the Missouri girls. Then Big Daddy talked Jack into joining him and his favorite D.J on a two week tour of Thailand and Cambodia. A year later, he got his retirement Thai Visa, bought a condo near the beach, and settled into the life of an expatriate. For two years he served on a three person committee running the condo where he trained the Thai office girl on the Quickbooks accounting system he devised while dealing with the Thai staff and an international group of condo owners. Jack's experience on the condo committee inspired "Welcome to the Fun House". Going 15 years strong his Alpha Productions web site now centers around his Looking Glass Online Magazine which currently focuses on Thailand although the old issues remain that covered the U.S.adult entertainment industry.
