Author Biography:

Jessica Minnick is an Information Technology Instructor at Pasco-Hernando State College in New Port Richey, Florida. She has more than 15 years of web design experience. Prior to becoming an educator, Jessica worked in the marketing and information technology field for the private sector. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida. Jessica has designed several websites for both the private and public sector over the past ten years using Adobe Dreamweaver. Lisa Friedrichsen is a Professor at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, where she teaches some of the school's leading database and web development classes. As an author, she has written several prominent Access, Office, and Web-related textbooks. Ms. Friedrichsen combines her ability to teach with extensive industry experience. Her undergraduate degree is in Engineering from Iowa State University, and she holds an MBA from Drake University. Ms. Friedrichsen worked for a decade at IBM Corporation before becoming a well-respected Web consultant, technology author, and college professor.
