"Demo Review: Stinks..."
1 stars"

Splinter Cell with Zombies and Vampires. Thats the premise of this game. You're part of an elite team secretly hunting the supernatural creatures plaguing America… And while that might sound interesting save yourself some time and heartbreak and stop thinking this game is going to be any good what-so-ever. Ok I just played the demo, but Im probably one of the largest supporters of anything Zombie related and I wanted this game to work. Maybe thats why Im going to tear it apart, but this game fails to excite in any capacity that games for next-gen consoles are meant to do.

The graphics are poor. To prove to myself I was being to hard I got out my old xBox and hooked it up to try out the original Splinter Cell. To my dismay I find the graphics and body language of Splinter Cell characters to be better than this Next Gen game. Sure the environment maybe a little better looking, but in the end thats really not enough.

Gameplay is basic, but not basic in a way that makes gameplay easy. Its basic in a way that makes the game stunted. I did the whole stealth thing and completed all four demo missions. Then I decided to try it differently. Snuck around the corner with my pistol out and tried to shoot something in the head. I hit it, it killed me. In Splinter Cell you had multiple options of how to accomplish certain tasks. For example you knock out every man you encounter and stick them all in the toilet where you've shot out the light, or you even kill a couple. In Vampire Rain if youre seen by a bad thing you're dead. You MUST stealth everything there is no combat option in this game.

Skip this one. Trust me
