It is but natural that you Should come again to this centre of medical education for the United States, and especially to this Mecca of homoeopathic medicine. I will not say that we have all the best, but I hope I may say we have everything of the best, and a part of everything that is best. We are glad, too, that you do not come empty-handed, for we see, on consulting the programme laid out for the Society's work, that you have brought with you a feast of fat things.
