It does what it says, which is a big plus in the budget range of networking equipment :)

Additional pros: this is a compact and stylish looking device, so if you want to mount it in a visible location (e.g., your home office desk) you won't shudder every time you look at it.

Perhaps a con: it's very, very light – which means the weight of cables can drag it about. If you want the base to lie flat, you'll probably need to employ ghetto hax like bluetooth. For me this is minor – it's mounted behind my office monitor – but cable management might need a little extra thought.

You'll struggle to find a another product like this for that price :)

Pretty decent. Not sure if it's my modem/router but sometimes the consistency is less than great but otherwise it's awesome!

For a low cost switch this thing pumps full 1Gb throughput without any slow down I can detect.

Extremely easy to use, works without any problems and great throughput.

Simple to set-up and transparent to use, just plug it in and it shares 1 LAN connection with 4 computers and lets them talk at up to gigabit speeds.

Summary says it all, it's cheap and it's functional, we don't need much from a switch so this is the most cost effective way for us to share files around at high speed.
