Mr. O. F. Yount is superintendent Of this organization. The State is divided into four divisions with headquarters in each division respectively, at Asheville, Greensboro, Raleigh and Kinston. Each division is in charge Of a division engineer, in charge of both surveys and construction, who has under him the necessary Office assistants, locating engineers with survey parties, resident engineers, and others in charge of construction.
