BIOGRAPHY MICHAEL T. MARTIN, SR. Senior Pastor & Founder of Tabernacle Ministries Our Senior Pastor & Founder, Michael T. Martin, Sr., is an anointed visionary who carries an Apostolic mantle. God has called him for such a time as this to plant churches for the purpose of winning souls to the Kingdom of God and broadening the reach of the ministry. Pastor Martin was born, reared and educated in the Detroit, Michigan Area. With the help and devotion of his wife of thirty two (32) years, First Lady, Evangelist Maxine Martin and their three (3) children, Michelle, Michael II, and Mariah, this Man of God is encouraged to continue in the work of the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord has compelled Pastor Martin to open six (6) different Churches thus far. Being called to the Ministry thirty three (33) years ago, Pastor Martin's journey with God, has shown him to be a faithful disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to overseeing the care of all the Churches, Pastor Michael T. Martin is a devoted husband and father to his family, and also maintains a full-time position as Senior Electrical Design Leader for the Chrysler Corporation, at the Chrysler Corporate Headquarters, in Auburn Hills, MI. He is the author of several books, which include: Life According to Solomon: I Corinthians Exploded: What you need to know about II Corinthians Pastor Martin humbly appreciates the fact that God has used the Ministry to feed almost ten thousand (10,000) disadvantaged souls a year, serving close to thirty thousand (30,000) meals annually. The anointing that God has placed upon Pastor Michael T. Martin, has caused him to be in demand as a revivalist, conference speaker, counselor and mentor. Pastor Michael T. Martin has a deep passion for the Lord Jesus Christ and a love for all people.
