Description

Things Not Heard is the third book of a trilogy, and shows what happens to all the characters that were in the first two books. It is a work of fiction, but will touch your heart, as if you're living the drama along with the characters. Theodore Kensington takes his violin to school and a bully stomps on the case and destroys it. His father is in a wreck, loses his hearing, and can never hear him play the violin again. Theo endures many hardships in life, but destiny will not let him quit playing. He continues to follow his dream and eventually becomes a great violinist. And finally, before the end of the novel, he gets to see his biological mother, Madeline Davis. Things Not Heard is not just about a violin, although the violin is often found hiding in the shadows of the plot. There is quite a menagerie of characters, and subplots in these pages. The music brings chaos and harmony together in a magnificent symphony. Love orchestrates the players, tearing people apart, and bringing them together again. There are some hellos and good-byes at the end of the story. Melissa and Jennifer spend time at the beach, and say their last good-bye. The horses, Rainey and Starbuck, come back to the ranch and say hello to Malachi. Madeline Davis says hello to Lawrence Roberts. Salvador Bellini, the ruggedly handsome Salvador Bellini, will become the true hero in this story. He wins all of our hearts with his passion and tenderness. To add a little spice and suspense to the book, Mother Nature revisits Charleston, South Carolina, misbehaving with all the fury of the past. Get a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine, and curl up with this touching novel. Even when you think it's the end of the road, the last page will make you want to read the story again.
