The Simpsons Season 11 reviews

The Simpsons Season 11 is one of my favorite seasons, because of “Behind the Laughter” and “Beyond Blunderdome”, however there are plenty of great episodes packed up in this season. Speaking of packed up, the box for this season is awful. I mean, please, whomever is designing these, please stop. Every time I want to watch Season 11 I have to take great care to remove the disc and I clean them every week because fingerprints inevitably get on them. This doesn't happen with any other season. When I remove a disc from the box, I'm a bit worried I might tear the cardboard because it's just so horribly designed. I tend not to be so negative in reviews, but this box is really bad! Please change it to something easier to access. I personally liked the way Seasons 6 to 10 handled it, with the book format. It was easiest to access and didn't forsake cover art or make you have to unfold just to get to a Disc 3 or 4.

I am enjoying the quick delivery although 3 times the packaging on a few cases have been damaged or squashed in the parcels when they have arrived.

With Season 8– I was excited to be receiving the DVD Box Set Cover that is advertised as it would match my other Sets, but unfortunately the box set came in the form of a Maggie- Head Case. But of course I'm not complaining because the price is great and I am happy that i still have the season :) .
Season's 13, 12 and 11 are great cases with great artwork but the discs are really hard to get to and are time consuming to get out of the cases!
If you are an avid Simpsons Fan then I suggest you grab these seasons at this amazing price :)

While arguably Season 10 marked the beginning of the decline for The Simpsons, Season 11 still has some utter gems. ‘The Mansion Family’ manages to crack me up every time, and then there's Bart on meds and nicotine-crazed farm animals bleating for 'tomaaaaaccoooo". Don't give up on the series just yet.

Season 11 relly is one of the greatest – with all the classic episodes that have driven us all to love The Simpsons.

It is unfortunate however that the discs are embedded in annoying cardboard sleeves in the packaging – making it easy to scratch the discs when trying to get them in and out. My ‘Disc 2’ is now unusable because the glue from the box covered the disc's silver side – wrecking the disc and now my DVD player won't read it!!

Overall a great show and season – but this is a horrible box for the discs condition sake!
