With this level of experience, Mark is experienced at helping readers understand and use creative solutions to connectivity, configuration issues, data recovery, and other types of problems that can beset users of personal technology. Mark is also the creator of Building and Repairing PCs (Que Video), which provides more than two hours of detailed, hands-on help for building, repairing, and upgrading desktop and laptop computers.
