Will Amette wasn't proud of his profession, but if he didn't steal he wouldn't have been incarcerated. Incarceration created an opportunity to be rehabilitated. To be reborn, on a penitentiary world. He assisted the needy, but only when it corrected imbalance. Was freedom ample compensation for surrendering what he never imagined he could become?

Author Biography:

Eric Carlton Neperud is the author of the LIMBO CHRONICLES, a six volume science fantasy series. And the YELLOWSTONE TRILOGY, a three volume semiautobiographical account of his adventures working in the world's first national park (emphasis on the semi). He was born in Seattle, raised in Oregon, grew up in Montana, and is making a living in Maine.
