Description

Assertiveness is an under utilised skill in every industry and relationship type. Being assertive has the potential to restore peace and balance in any relationship where all people involved have a commitment to achieve shared goals. The aim of this book is to give examples of ways to express yourself assertively that align with your values, enable connection, negotiation and resolution. Human connection specialist Nathalie Martinek presents a motivating process that arms you with assertiveness strategies to inspire self-awareness in others, facilitate changes in behaviour and promote beneficial outcomes to challenging situations. She provides you with additional perspectives to shed light on the biases driving negative behaviour and ways to respond to them with integrity - to be the change you want to see!
