And Security, and in the firi't, asa Point of Ho nour and Jufiice due to fo confiderable a Protef tant Power in the Empire, even if it had no per fonal Connection with the King of Great Britain, yet fuch a reafonable and honei't Conduct will be liable to malicious Interpretations and popular Glamour.
