Description

In this fully revised sourcebook, Theodore Blau and Fred Alberts have compiled the most useful and up--to--date forms in one handy resource. Providing ready--to--use forms on the enclosed CD--ROM--as well as completed versions of most forms for reference--The Forensic Documentation Sourcebook, Second Edition helps to prevent the types of errors and omissions that opposing counsels look for in court--errors that can lead to embarrassment and criticism at best, or criminal charges and lawsuits at worst.
