The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena reviews

This game had an amazing atmosphere, combining stealth and action to create a thoroughly enjoyable package. This game contained two campaigns, the older, remade escape from butcher bay and the new campaign assault on dark Athena. Although assault on dark Athena is not as good as escape from butcher bay, it is still excellent none the less.

This is a FPS with originality, stealth and a good story line, which is hard to find with this genre. It gives you a good feel of when to use full on aggression or when to hold back and watch for the perfect time to strike. The gunplay is smooth and the counters and instant kills are very smooth.

It also ties in very well with the movies so its a good addition to the collection.

Had a quick stint at playing the game – good graphics, taking a bit to get used to the controls. But reccomend it

If you played this on xbox original and let it go, I suggest you pick this one up again as its just as good as it was a few years back!!!

Disgustingly violent. Vicious cutscenes, loads of major swearing. Pretty much like the movie.

this is a good game for those who saw the movie and said to a mate “dude it would totally rock if they made a game where you could kill people as awesome as that” so yeah they did and yeah you can. its got a good mix of weapons and you learn how he gets the blades and eyeshine

I started playing this game on hard, needless to say that was a mistake. Luckily you can change the difficulty in the in game menu. The story is great, i would highly recommend this game.
