In the Book which is its permanent memorial it seems inappropriate to emphasize individual services. Its contributors are either directly affiliated with Yale or peculiarly associated with her in service to the community and to the nation. To them and to the various officers, committees, and organizations listed elsewhere in the Book much is due.
