Description

In Bob Brenner's second book, he talks about how to make the transition from athletic fields to life's battlefields. How do former athletes successfully hold onto the incredible lessons of competition without bringing along some of the less attractive habits he once personally fell victim to such as ego, life imbalance, or a sense of entitlement? Bob's lessons of timing, intellect, and unity aren't just applicable to former athletes, but also to all adults as they play on the changing fields of life. With contributions by respected authorities in athletics, business, motivation, and wellness, Chris McIntosh, Vince Papale, Bruce Pitcher, and Dr. Holly Wyatt.

Author Biography:

After decades in the football world as a player, and later as a coach, as well as working primarily in the narcotics unit with the Waukesha County (Wisconsin) Sheriff's Department, Bob Brenner found himself breaking the scales at 448 pounds. From 2012 to 2013, he dropped 56% of that body weight following a faith transformation documented in his first book, "Live An Extreme Life." He kept the weight off and the transformation led to a successful career as a motivational coach and speaker. Today, Bob lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wife of more than twenty years, Kelly.
