Tintin Blu-ray reviews

This is a fantastic film, enjoyable and entertaining for children and adults alike. The motion capture animation is visually stunning, and looks even better in 3D. This film works great on-screen, whilst still retaining the spirit on the books. It is well-written, well-paced, and the voice actors do an amazing job. Buy it.

Havn't watched the 3D bluray yet because I don't have a 3D tv. But it come with a normal BluRay and a DVD, so I'm future proofing. The bonus “making of” clips are cool and interesting. I used to read the books and the this is a good movie with lots of action and AWESOME digital effects from WETA.

The graphics was, hands down, tremendous. No questions asked. However, I was hoping they came up with a new storyline, as there is no added value for those who have read the comics. Obviously, it is enjoyable, but we know what happens next. Also, they don't focus on Snowy's thoughts!!! That would have been great to watch. Nonetheless, this was a good start to a bright franchise.

Great story line, sticks well to the original racing plot style. Superb in 3D, pity the other, “extra features”, disc wasn't in 3D too.
