I agreed with being compensated for injury, but it has got out of hand. The lads were advising a friend what he could claim for after an accident. I left them, and went to another pub; lo and behold weren't they discussing the same thing, so I had to speak. I explained that enforced labour was nothing new, it happened as far back as Roman times, and just because they were black, did not mean that they deserved compensation, and that the Dutch were just as much traders in people, as the British. I asked them if my ancestors were sent to the arena in Roman times, and am I due compensation, from Rome? Little did I know the hornets' nest, I had disturbed. They took me and made me work for them, as they wanted, dressed as they wanted, and with pain to make me work, but thankfully not the bull whip of days gone by, even so, I did spend a lot of time in pain, and ashamed. They made it as realistic as possible, taking me to a foreign country, where I didn't speak the language, as their ancestors were.
