"Satisfying, if short"

Purchased on Mighty Ape

Syberia II only took me a few days to complete, however it did hold my attention and, to borrow a term from the world of books, I found that I couldn't put it down at times and just kept on playing to discover where the story leads.

The game's puzzles are good for the most part although more often than not the difficulty arises in missing something very obvious rather than encountering any truly mind-wracking problems. It pays to move the mouse over every object in a given scene as the puzzles become far more obvious once you can determine what can be interacted with and what cannot.

I'm not entirely sure whether Syberia II is on the excessively short side or if I simply lost count of the hours I spent playing it due to it being so enjoyable, but there's no doubt that it could have been at least an hour or two longer.

All-in-all a satisfying and rewarding experience and an excellent breather in-between the more common action and role-playing games on the market.

"worth the wait" Purchased on Mighty Ape

It took a long time to come here, but was worth the wait, Syberia 2 is a little shorter than the last one, and the puzzles a little harder. But the graphics and game play absolutely magic. But i was wondering as to Kate walkers fate at the end of her journey, this game i could recommend to all those who would have a sense of adventure just for adventures sake. The player can easliy become totatly immersed for days in this game. Well done Mr B Sokal.
