All the techniques shown are easy to apply in the workplace too in fact at anytime which makes it very effective in any stressful moment. The book covers all the basics of stress management plus so much more. It looks at areas I hadn't considered before such as how our thoughts and beliefs can create our stress and not just our external environment. I learnt a lot about myself and others. Great to use for managing workplace stress and managing your team more effectively. I liked how this book brought in other models such as NLP to understand and manage stress and that many of the strategies have been tried and tested so I know it really will work.
