The action and drama in Spider-man 3 is certainly a big step up from its predecessor, and the original movie. New interesting characters Sandman and Venom are introduced. Which will please the majority of Spider-Man fans out there.
In terms of special effects, some super hero movies in the past have lacked realism when it comes to the C.G.I. I think this film sets apart from those and displays some impressive special effects. There's so much detail and rapid movement involved in the animation that I was pretty much fooled during the fight scenes, Spidey Swinging sequences etc.
In regards to the music. Who would of thought Spider-Man could dance and strut his stuff as if he were going to be in the next “Saturday Night Fever”? (You'll have to watch Spider-Man 3 to comprehend that statement).
The bonus Special Features disc contains alot of amusing content. You get to view behind-the-scenes footage and other cool extras. Amazing to see how much time and effort was input.
Overall, I admire all aspects of this third installment to the motion picture series, except for some barely-noticeable short scenes where the humor seems a bit cheesy/dry. Didn't notice any coarse language or sexual themes, but it's ashame there's too much violence for kids to watch (who are among fans of the cartoon series and comics) .......I guess they'll just have to carry on playing with their Spider-Man toys while I watch this movie again.
