Author Biography:

Sandra Krebs Hirsh is a recognized international authority on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She heads an organizational consulting firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jane A.G. Kise, Ed. D., is a management consultant, specializing in team building, strategic planning, and school staff development. She is also the coauthor of over a dozen books, including Work it Out: Clues To Solving People Problems at Work, Using the MBTI Tool in Organizations, and Introduction to Type and Coaching. She holds an MBA in finance from the Carlson School of Management and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Kise and her family reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
