Solution Focused Counseling as a classroom guidance intervention can have a positive effect in a classroom setting. Solution Focused Classroom Guidance curriculum provides a useful framework for professional school counselors and teachers to present a positive, hopeful, and beneficial paradigm for students. Solution Focused Classroom Guidance facilitates discussion, processing, and learning leading to a ripple effect which cultivates a positive solution focused classroom. The findings of this study suggest that a SF guidance curriculum can be an important characteristic of positive changes in classroom environment.The study provides empirical support for the theorized notion that those outside the SF treatment can observe measurable change, as demonstrated by the classroom teachers of this study. Solution Focused Classroom Guidance can change classroom climate.
