This book is jam packed with some of Donna hay's favourite chicken recipes. It isn't only a recipe book though, it is loaded with simple tricks and tips that will help any home cook produce succulent delicious chicken dishes any night of the week.
The photographs are excellent and bring the book alive.
This book is a must have in a nation of ever increasing chicken consumption.

Another gorgeous book by Donna Hay. It truely shows her talent for plating up, but each recipe makes your mouth water. Nothing too difficuilt in this book, and plenty of inspiration!
I love this book, every recipe has a corresponding picture and the recipes are clear, straight forward, and use common ingredients – you don't have to source strange or rare things just to create something tasty! Well set out, beautifully photographed, and a hard cover to keep it like new, this is a great book for a gift or for yourself!
I love how many varied recipes are in this book and the way in which it uses other foods, such as noodles and rice to compliment the chicken dishes.
This is a really great gift for those who want to eat healthy food while still being conscious of a limited budget. Of course for those who have a higher budget, there are some real treats in here too.
