Author Biography

Catherine Atkinson has always had a passionate interest in food and cooking. She is a trained Cordon Bleu chef and has worked at numerous restaurants, including the Roux Brothers' famous patisseries. Catherine now works as a full-time writer and food consultant, and has produced outstanding cookbooks, including The Coffee Cookbook and Perfect Pastry (both published by Southwater).
